Yesterday I decided to dedicate my Saturday workout all to shoulders, with the Christmas season coming up, there will be plenty events for me to showing off my hard work on my arms, I’m really focussing on gaining some proper definition in my deltoids and a serious shoulder session should do the trick.
I was inspired by a post recently published by Fitness Rx (Which by the way is my favourite magazine, it’s not available in Iceland so I get it specially delivered from the US, anyway totally recommend it if you can get your hands on a copy!)
I took parts of the workout from the article and incorporated it into my own late night workout. Below I would like to share with your what I done.

Dumbbell Lateral Raises 4 x 15
Dumbbell Alternating Front Raises 4 x 15
Sitting Dumbbell rear delt raises 4 x 12
Barbell Front Raises 4 x 12
Standing Dumbbell lateral rotation 4 x 12
Dumbbell Lateral Raises finisher x 100
(with very light weights 2kg)
