I work long hours, as in..12 long hour shifts so naturally I am pretty tired after work, however sometimes I’m fully motivated and pumped up so I get straight to the gym after work to end my day with a light but effective work out. This day I took a little cardio burn combined with a booty blaster finisher.
30 mins Cross Trainer
30 mins Stair climber
5x 20 reverse squat in thigh abductor
10 mins cool down/stretch
I LOVE doing squats in the abductor press, you can really focus on the glute and you will feel the burn afterwards..trust me! It’s a bit tricky at first to get the technique at first especially with the foot holds, but once you get your flow you can really achieve results, slowly but surely. Here’s how to below –
