Mmmmmmm… this is one of my most favorite recipes from fitubrennsla.is, it so easy to make with little ingredient and can do a week worth of snacks.

Here below I have translated her recipe for protein rich banana bread.
Yield: 12 servings (approx)
1 Serving = Calories: 86 Fat: 1g Carbs: 12g Protein: 6g
3 medium well ripened bananas
2 scoops of chocolate protein (your choice)
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Prepare a loaf tin, greased with coconut oil or light cooking spray.
In the food mixer, add the bananas, eggs and honey/syrup mix well.
Then add the rest of the dry ingredients, mix well until blended into a wet dough – it will be very loose and thin.
Bake in oven for about 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
Leave to cool and then serve, you can top with things like peanut or almond butter or even more bananas… like I do!
