WOW! I have been toying with the idea of ”healthy” brownies for some time and now that the protein chef baking protein by Labrada came into my life, I have been experimenting with all kinds of ideas which are endless, so I have to always be stocked up.

This recipe is so delicious, and a perfect snack with a coffee for everyone not just for the health conscious. It contains only 4 simple ingredients and, super easy to prepare and can be kept refrigerated and frozen for a later date.

Yield: 12 servings

1 Brownie = Calories: 118 Fat: 6g Carbs: 9.4g Protein: 6.7g

2 scoops The Protein Chef Baking Protein
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3 super ripe bananas
3 heaped tbps cacao

Preheat oven to 180°C, grease a baking tray with zero calorie cooking spray or coconut oil.
In the food mixer add 3 bananas, baking protein and cacao, melt your peanut butter in the microwave for approx 20-30 seconds and pour over.
Mix all together on high for approx 1 minute until your mixture resembles a wet brownie texture.
Pour mixture into baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes.
I sprinkled some dark chocolate chunks over mine, but you can use nuts, coconut or whatever you feel like.
Remove from oven when tooth pick comes out clean.
LET COOL all the way down and slice into desired size bites.
